He said either the Council should vote next <br /> imek there is not enough information and amend Section 3 to <br /> establish a new date or take no action whateoever and the vote would <br /> be held on November 6th. <br /> Orin Fjeran, Navy Coordinator, reViewed the presentations given on <br /> the Navy home porting issue to numerous organisations and the three <br /> public hearings held. He said there will be a symposium presented 1 <br /> by Edmonds Community College and the Economic Development 1 <br /> t'greF12raaO1'211',IT:se's'abin4MeTtit9: <br /> Dennis Derickson of kbe Planninq Dept,said the EIS prepared by the <br /> Navy will be available for the public in November. Derickson replied that the Navy would conduct them. <br /> CoUncilhan Overstreet aztked if next week there would be another open <br /> meeting and President Stephenson replied once the motion was made <br /> regarding the election he would allow comments from the audience on <br /> the motion. <br /> Couneilman Morrow pointed out a report he had made on his various <br /> trips he had taken andemetings he had participated in regarding the <br /> Navy home potting.
