Druce Tones, city Attorney, quoted from the ordinance calling for the election and Section 3 stated if 60 days before November 6,1984 • the Council determines there is insufficient knowledge a delayed 1 ballot will be net. He said either the Council should vote next imek there is not enough information and amend Section 3 to establish a new date or take no action whateoever and the vote would be held on November 6th. Orin Fjeran, Navy Coordinator, reViewed the presentations given on the Navy home porting issue to numerous organisations and the three public hearings held. Couneilman Morrow pointed out a report he had made on his various trips he had taken andemetings he had participated in regarding the Navy home potting.
