Ca''"" <br /> That the members of the CoUncil extend their sincere sympathy <br /> to the members of his family. <br /> Roll was called with all COUnCilMen VOting yes. <br /> Motion carried <br /> Councilman Morrow spoke on the program at Sunridge with SOD <br /> secretary in attendance and coMpliMented the Mayor and Councilmen <br /> Pope on a job well done. <br /> Councilman Overstreet announced that the neXt 1985 Budget Workshop <br /> would be held September 2fith,following the evening meeting. <br /> EVERPARE OPERATIONS REPORT <br /> Irr Eris Hausmann of the DowntoWn Everett AssoCiation reported the 1984 <br /> revenues received to date at Everpark Garage were 8104,656. Their <br /> management fee is 309 which is 835,263 or about 83600 a month. The <br /> cost of running the garage is about 83000 a month. The Wall St. <br />• • Group leases 196 stalls a month and General Telephone rents from 81 <br /> stalls to 92 stalls per month. The Well Street Group has sent <br /> notification that they are removing 100 cars to another lot as of <br /> the first of 1985. <br /> • There seems to be a perception that Everpark Garage is not safe so <br /> they tread a fine line in marketing the garage. The first year they <br /> rr tried an escort service where youngsters with bright sweatshirts <br />
