373 <br /> September 19,1904 <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated ProParties are er <br /> sufficient value to provide adequate securikg for the Pal...of the <br /> tool assessment chargeable against the undivided parcels of <br /> prOPert,end <br /> w0EREAs, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 229-74 provide a <br /> ask., of segregating a tract of land in a OLIO into smaller <br /> parcele;and <br /> wHEREAS,it is in the best interest of said ULID and the City <br /> of Everett to aegregate said Treasurer's Accoink No. 0006 and 0007 <br /> into the separate parcels;and <br /> WHEREAS,. the one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.001 as <br /> required by Ordinance No. 299-74, has been paid to the CitY <br /> Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein;and <br /> wHEREAS, Ordinance No. 930-83, adopted march 17, 1903, <br /> adopted the Final Assessment Roll for ULID No.1, formerly LID No. <br /> 707,and said Final Assessment Roll was apppealed to Superior Court <br /> in Cause No.83-2-01204-6-resulting in an order placing restrictions <br /> on development and modifying the assessment of TreasUrer's Account <br /> No.0006 and 0007;and <br /> assessm::n:OWnt 17r=ure'r'?r;AcTult 47076td=7; <br /> WHEREAS,Resolution No. 2464 did not accurately reflect the <br /> total outstanding lien on Treasurer's Account No.0006 and 0007;and <br /> WHEREAS, the LID liens on Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and <br /> 0007 were not current when Resoltuion No. 2464 xas adopted as <br /> required by subdivision regulations;and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed plats of Nagemoor Heights, Harbor <br /> Ridge, and Willow Creek encompass all of the land in Treasurer's <br /> Account No. 0006 and.0007.. The original assessment amount totals <br /> for,Treasurer's Account No. 0006 is 613,000 and for Treasurer's <br /> Account No.0007 is$52,000 for a total orialnal amount of$65,000. <br /> WHEREAS,the percentage of SAW total original aeeessmeals for <br /> Tgerororrlei="is"i7.08"o:"the"7265%Ott 511750 <br /> PrePortionate share of the$65,000 original asseasment;Harbor Ridge <br /> is 15.09 of the$65,000 or$9,750 is the proportionate share of the <br /> t65,000 original assessment;Willow Creel,is 68.0%of the$65,000 or <br /> 44,200 is the proportionate share of the $65,000 original <br /> assessment;and <br /> WHEREAS, two(2)years interest and one(1)year penalty is <br /> due on Treasurer's AAA..
