301 <br /> October 3,1984 <br /> cHANGEORDER-EVERPARS TRANSFER CENTER <br /> Moved by Councilman Lunges,secOnded by Councilman Morroki to approve <br /> Change Order 46 in the amount of $29,022.02, to the Everpark <br /> Transfer Center under the contract of east-West Construction. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen <br /> Gipson end Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ANNEXATION PETITION <br /> Moved by CouncilMan Tope, seconded by Councilman Langus to accept <br /> the 101. petition for an area north of 100th St, SE near the <br /> interSection with 19th Ave. SE (Stipek property); to'cons,.r <br /> 3, 1984 as that date of the public meeting with the initiator of <br /> annewation'ee required pursuant to RCW 35.13.125 and to require the <br /> 759 petition to be circulated. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting Yes ....Pt CcUnciimen <br /> Gipson and Overatreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> SULTAN BASIN ROADS AGREEMENT <br /> •• <br /> Moved by councilman Michelson, seconded by Councilman Morrow to <br /> authorize an agreement with the PUD ilto turn over to the US Forest <br /> Service the Sultan Basin roads but for the Jackson Project, <br /> including access across Tulmback Dam. <br /> Inanswering a question from council, Claire Oliver° of the Water <br /> Department said there is some liability in allowing sec.. across <br /> the dam but indiscussing this with the PUD it Was found that the <br /> advrages of the Forest Service maintaining the roads was greater <br /> thananthe negatives of opening the gates and permitting access to the <br /> public. <br /> Roll W. called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen <br /> Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ISTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> Moved by councilman morrow, seconded by [Angus to authorise the <br /> Mayor to sign rrn interlocal•egreeMent with Snohomish County Division <br /> toestahli.an'older worker"employment <br /> IlAggg4inirgrand=emenh Prdataa. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen <br /> Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion retried. <br />
