Councilman Morrow agreed with Coancilman Michelson's and D.. patchett's comments. Re said the city looks blighted When you drive into town and see bridges cloned. He said the Lombard Bridge has been closed since August and the carman keeps hearing about negotiations with the railroad company not wanting to pay the 108 • not being paid by the state,when they are accountable by their 1901 contract to pay 1008 eXcept for surfacing. He said knew the city had to go through legal meetings and thenotiation prOcess but he felt the citizens were taxpayers and he•thought the contractural obligations should be pursued and kept.
