RESOLUTION-EVERETT GIRLS CLUB FUNDS Moved by Councilmen MOrrog, Seconded by Councilman Michelson adopt EesolUtion No.2487 as follows: WHEREAS,Resolution No. 2421 authorised the mayor to exm Human Needs contracts witb nUmeroUS agencies,one of those beieg Northwest MUlti-SerVice Council;and WHEREAS,the Northwest Multi-Service Council wea required the contract to take the allocated HUman Heeds funds and to use I tO SUpport the Everett Girls Club,and WHEREAS, since the adoption of Resolution No. 2421 and execution or ene Human Needs contract, the Everett Girls Club become an independent orgarlisatlOn;and , WHEREAS, both the Everett Girl. Club and the Norte Multi-Servnce CoUncil Want the contract to reflect this cll.. k, their status: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP CITY OF EVERETT that the Mayor be authoriSed to execute an adde to the Human Needs contract authorising the Hit,/to distribute allocated Haman Seeds funds directly to the Everett Girls CIO releasing Northwest Multi-Service Council from all rights obligations thereunder.
