MAYOR'S COMMENTS ,Myor Moore asked for concurrence from the council on his appointment of Roger Fisher as a member of the Civil Service Board. He will replace Mary Smith with his term expiring Dec.21,1990. moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to concurinthe mayor's appointment of Roger Fisher to the Civil ServiceBoard. Councilman.morrow spoke of the Nord strikers and other people in the city who were in need of food and shelter and hoped the city could , find some means of helPing them.
