COUNCIL BILL NO.853-33 AN ORDINANCE adopting regulations, requirements and procedures for Boundary Line AdjUStmente and repealing Section 3 of Ordinance 1816-81(INC 18.44.163). moved by Councilman Michelson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet ; that this is declared to be the final reading of Council Bill 1853-33 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. AYES: Iptraus6441=n,Stephenson,Gipson,Morrow, Ordinance No.1123-85 adopted. PUBLIC HEARING-PERMIT FOB ORDINANCE Mr.Perickson said the fee ordinance initially adopted in 1680 has not been updated. He said the fee changes are generally consistent with cities in the Central Puget Sound area aS well as Snohomish County. The Planning Commission recommends adoption.
