A grant of $20,000 is hereby appropriated,from the culture-convention Center (HOtel-Motel Tax) Fund No. 138 for the purpOse of operating, pronoting, and otherwise conducting a PGA golf toUrnament in Everett, Washington. 2. The grant is to be paid to the organizing committee of • • the tournament,a legal entity operating under the name of Everett Golf Charitiee. 3.
