Payment of$500.00 to retell:an independent fee appraisal. <br /> 2. Payment of 1/2 the appraieed value. <br /> 3. Chaney said this was true but that no access was <br /> available on Pacific in the front. <br /> 0111. <br /> Craig Fullerton said if he applied to the Public Works Department he <br /> probably would be allowed an entrance off of Pacific as other I <br /> property on this street had been granted permits for this Warp <br /> President Stephenson asked if anyone further wished to speak and Ray <br /> Jones of Bellevue repreeenting the petitioner said when the alley <br /> is vacated they be consolidating abutting property to construct <br /> a gam station/mini mart,thereby improving the area. <br /> Moved by Councilman Gangue,seconded by Councilman Gipson to approve u:I <br /> the request and instruct the City Attorney's to prepare an ordinance I.CI I <br /> vacating the property as recommended. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes.
