JUlie and Todd are students at <br /> Everett High SchoOl. PreSident Stephenson congratulated the winners <br /> on behalf of the City and presented each of them with a$100 check. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> • <br /> • <br /> President Stephenson asked fOr COUncil's concurrence with the <br /> Mo s ppointment of Ralph Mackey to the Civil Seivice Board to IrOntathe'unexpired term of Roger EiSher. <br /> Moved by Councilmhn Lamps,seconded by Councilman Pope to concur in •' <br /> the 7MYer's aPPointment of Ralph mackey as a member of the Civil <br /> Service Board. CoUncilman Morrow has expressed an interest to <br /> • <br /> serVe on this committee and if another member of the council la <br /> interested please let President StephanSon know so he can notify Mr. <br /> White <br /> CoUncilman Gipson stated that his absence last 4eek was duo to a <br /> trip tO Vancouver B.C. to review the transit System in that city. <br /> He encouraged his fellow councilmen to review this system if they <br /> are in the area. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
