192 May 22,1985 April 11, 1985 a hearing on the application for amending the concomitant agreement W60 held before the hearing examiner. After hearing public testimony the recommendation to the council is to apProve the ammendmont to the concomitant agreement. If Gail Chism of 4601 South 4th spoke in fa.:of the project 1:1:012 she did have some problems with the parking. William Finley, representing the owners, spoke of the extras the owner had proVided to please the neighborhood and eaid the landscaping would block the cars•from the reaidents,etc. Moved by Councilman Morrow, seconded by Councilman Gangue to authorize the Mayor tO sign the addendum to the concomitant agreement 00rezone Ordinance 41049-84 with Maltby Tank and Barge and direct the City Clerk to record said addendum with the County Auditor. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Pope and Overstreet whO were excused. Motion carried.
