A portion of.the initiator's <br /> property is already inside the city limits of Everett <br /> and this will <br /> allow him to have all of his property under one ove000iction. The <br /> city departments have reviewed the petition and annexation proposal <br /> and expressed no concern at this time. <br /> Councilman Morrow asked how many property owners there were and Er. <br /> Kos replied that Simpson Lee owns 009 evaluation and 90% of the <br /> land.
