A condition of the plat was to extend the <br /> existing public sewer system to the site. At the City's request, <br /> the system was deeigned to service offsitd properties which are <br /> either presently serviced by a septic system or undeveloped. <br /> Terri Charlton,1406 119th Place S.E.,spoke again,.the charge of <br /> ' $2,594.17 per single family residence.
