237 <br /> dune.26,1985 I. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting Yee excePt P6eaident_ <br /> stephanson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> moved by Councilman Morro, seconded by Councilman Michelson'to <br /> approve the proposed vacation and authorize the preparatiod of an <br /> ordinance subject to exchange of property and retaining the <br /> necessary easements. <br /> Roll ams called with all councilmen Voting yes except Councilman <br /> pope who voted no and President Stephenson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARIgG-AlLEY VACATION <br /> lir. Fullerton said the proposed vacation contains an area of <br /> approximately 2880 so.ft.and is within the B-2 Community Shopping <br /> gone. The vacation is requested by the All City Credit Union to <br /> consolidate their,abotting properties to eventually construct a <br /> Parking lot. <br /> He aaid there are existing utilities within the proposed vacation, <br /> requiring easements to be retained for. the construction, • -I <br /> reconstruction,operation,maintenance and repair thereof.
