Motion carried. moved by Councilman Morro, seconded by Councilman Michelson'to approve the proposed vacation and authorize the preparatiod of an ordinance subject to exchange of property and retaining the necessary easements. Roll ams called with all councilmen Voting yes except Councilman pope who voted no and President Stephenson who was excused. Motion carried. PUBLIC HEARIgG-AlLEY VACATION lir. Fullerton said the proposed vacation contains an area of approximately 2880 so.ft.and is within the B-2 Community Shopping gone. The vacation is requested by the All City Credit Union to consolidate their,abotting properties to eventually construct a Parking lot. He aaid there are existing utilities within the proposed vacation, requiring easements to be retained for. the construction, • -I reconstruction,operation,maintenance and repair thereof. A letter was sent to all property owners within the block regarding the . •. propoaed vacation and as of this date there heve been no objections.
