Councilman borrow noted that Ted Muncaster had hired him when he first came to the Everett School District. He stated that Ted had contributed to the communitY in oe manY waYo with meaPaoaion and wisdom that it yr.a great loss for our citizens and our communitY• Councilman Pope cobylimented the MaYor en:the Service Award.to the police officers. He felt the awards were well deserved and that it was good for morale to recognize the special efforts of the officers.
