.. 363 September 25,l985 RHEIMS,the City Council finds that a Notice of intention to Annex to the City of Everett for the area is pending before the Snohomieh County Bounder,'Review Roard;and WHEREAS,the city Council finds that state law requires that a comprehensive land use designation be established for areas anneXed to the city;and AHEREAs. the City Council finds after reviewing Planning commission recommendations at public hearings on July 24, 1985 and Auguet 28, 1985, that the Comprehensive Plan designation hereafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett; NOR;THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT; 1. The Comprehensive Plan forthe annexation area shall consist of the City of Everett Shoreline Master PrOgrar. 2.The Shoreline Plan environmental designation for the area shall be Rural Environment per City of Everett Shoreline Master Program.
