<br /> Al Theal, Public Works Director,,said,oxen,the past several years
<br /> the City has annexed portions of the Silver Lake Water District
<br /> around the Silver Lake area but has not taken over the customers of 1,0 iP
<br /> the District. Now that the Silver Lake LID is being stalled for 0fi'l,„.°100
<br /> sewer aervice in the area,the staff recommends that the city take
<br /> oVer the water service in order to heve control of the water/sewer
<br /> utilities in the area. There are approximately 161 customers for a
<br /> total of$39,381.74. This can be paid in installments or cash and
<br /> it is the recommendation of the staff that the amount be paid in itbi,'0Yj'i
<br /> 040h.

<br /> authroire the Mayor to sign a contract with Silver Lake Water
<br /> District to eerve water customers in areas now annexed to°the City
