The major changes of thie Yeer's <br /> Jr' update are the deletion of a 19th St. tunnel and addition of_a <br /> design report for 7th Ave.S.E.to use in applying for next biennium <br /> i";:h UAB funds. The remaining items are following logical progession <br /> from design throUgh conetrUction. <br /> 111 Mr. Jones, City Attorney, said the Transportation Improvement Plan <br /> erltnele d'iryee'U'r ttlatnsipOrrt:Ztoirneirabralov'eln't :oXam'athtowYiZ <br /> funding source, etc. and this has to be updated every year. The <br /> newspapers were very interested in the bridges being on there. He <br /> said he and Mr.Cameron had attempted to explain to the newaPaPere <br /> r that they show as a continued intent of the city to make these <br /> improvements. Eowever, in matters with regard to the share of the <br />,. 1.1E, local match between the railroad and the city and other mattere <br /> regarding the railroad are on the table,aS not being resolved. <br /> ,i1, Mr.Cameron then pointed out that an article in the Tribune had the <br /> essence of their statement but it was not in context.
