<br /> one-time needs of their various clients is a propoer function of the

<br /> WeEREAS, the Human Needs Committee has voted to recommend
<br /> funding, aS listed below, for these programs from the 19E16 CitY
<br /> Budget allocation for Human Needs,
<br /> 1 NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City
<br /> of Everett that the Mayor Is authorized to execute a contract with
<br /> each of the below-listed agencies in the amount specified for the
<br /> purpose stated: '
