I 281 July 16,1806 NM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EvERETT THAT: • The following projects as recommended by Lowell residents be implemented or constructed with the approximately 875,235 available through the CommUnity Development Block Grant Program: I I A. The Mayor be instructed to have a Plans and Systems lt Ordinance prepared and presented to the City Council which will officially authorize and fund the development of contract plans, specifications, and detailed cost estimates for the improvements listed above.
