'1014, <br /> Councilman Overstreet felt the council should deal with land use but <br /> when the council gets into dealing with numbers of people in day <br /> cere places it ia overstepping the bounds of council consideration. <br /> Re felt the council should not restrict the permit to twelve <br /> children. <br /> Roved by Councilman Overetreet, seconded by Councilman Gipson to Wk 1, <br /> amer.the motion by striking the reference to 12 children and insert <br /> that it be the licensed number of the state regulatory authority. „ 4, <br /> Councilman Pope felt that by limiting the number of people in the <br /> facility certainly is a land use issue and should be approved by the <br /> council. <br /> Councilman Niva agreed that this was a land use issue and she MI <br /> questioned whether 25 children would be a proper use of the land and <br /> saggested that at a later date the applicant might be able to come <br /> back with a larger PleY area,act• I <br /> President Gipson spoke in favor of the amendment as he felt that <br /> 9889 would not issue a permit unless all regulations had been <br /> followed. <br /> lk <br />
