That the Mayor be authorized to sign a formal application <br /> to the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation for funding <br /> assistance. <br /> 2. That any fund assistance so received be used in the <br /> development of the fifty-eight acres of Everett Riverfront Park on <br /> Smith Island. <br /> 3. That$150,000 be authorized and appropriated as a source <br /> of revenue in the 1987 city of Everett budget from the general fund <br /> as the local share of the Riverfront Park development. <br /> 4. That$300,000 be authorised and appropriated as a source <br /> of revenue in the 1907 City of Everett budget for matching funds for <br /> the Riverfront Park DevelOpment. <br /> 5. That the combined amounts above of$450.000 be authorized <br /> TrIg=floll'P="ton=tT:rund'Inast:ef'1911''Clr:; <br /> ., Everett budget. <br /> 6. That the City of Everett does hereby certify that the <br /> ., city is responsible to support all non-cash commitments to the local <br /> • share should they not materialize. <br /> • 7. That any prOperty acquired with financial aid through <br /> the Interagency Committee for-Outdoor Recreation be placed in use as <br /> • an outdoor recreation facility and be retained in such use in <br /> Perpetuity unless as otherwise provided and agreed upon by the City <br /> 8.
