• 457 October 29',1986 PUBLIC HEARING-1987 ANNUAL HOUSING ASSITANC8 PLAN The City Council approved the three year Housing Assistance Plan on October 30, 1985. This gave the direction for Housing Assistance for three years for the City of Everett.The resolution before the council authorizes the Mayor to submit the 1987 Annual Housing Assistance Plan and mended three year Housing Assitance Plan. The housing conditions,the housing assistance needs,and the location for additional Subsidized housing as identified by the Citizen's Advisory Committee for Housing and Community Develoommnt and submitted to the City Council.
