However, the ,Planning <br /> Commission did recognise that the hospital and property owners on <br /> the east aide of th 1200 block of Wetmore agreed that he location <br /> and topography of the block is well suited t a multi 1 vel parking <br /> structure• that could relieve the parking problems which exist in the <br /> neighborhood,and designated the block for hospital related use. <br /> • The Planning 0epartment staff was directed to prepare policies to <br /> address the impacts of a multi-level structure which would combine <br /> parking with some type of hospital use on a level o[levels above <br /> he parking structure. Three public hearings mere held on the <br /> • <br /> policies and,after modifications i f several policies,wereadopted <br /> Tanning Commission. The Planning Commission also recommends <br /> designathe ting the block bounded by 13th Street, kefeller, 14th e <br /> Street and Oakes"Single Family Detached,5 to 10 Dwelling nits per <br /> gross acre. <br />��. Allan Giffen,Planning Staff, stated that it is apparent that there <br /> I4 is a need For parking in that area and thePlanning Commission tried <br /> to address this need and the establish some <br /> criteia for development <br /> be development <br /> these Comprehensive General Plan Policies <br /> Hospital Development for Council's consideration.
