469 <br /> Movember 5,1906 <br /> Councilman Overstreet comnented on Section VIT-P, which allows <br /> relaxation of certain Zoning code development standards in regards <br /> to historic preservation. <br /> :=2 f.41-.1r7.11.::rnded " C"nci"an L""' <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted a Generalized Land Use <br /> Plan Map by Resolution No. 7264 in 1967, and adopted the Everett <br /> Community Plan by Resolution No. 553 in 1972, and an.•integral <br /> component of an official and flexible guide to development <br /> decisions,"along with the 1967 Plan Map:and <br /> WHEREAS, in 1981, City Council accepted a Growth Management <br /> Report and directed the Planniag Commission to use it in developing <br /> an updated General Comprehensive Plan Map:and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has been revising and <br /> updating the City's Comprehensive General Plan and has held numerous <br /> workshops and public bearings concerning the land use needs of <br /> hospitals,clinics and related used: <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. Tbe City of Everett City Council accepts the Planning <br /> Commission recommendation and hereby approves the <br /> Comprehensive General Plan policies for Hospitals, <br /> Clinics and Related Uses as a guide for development and <br /> for making revisions to the Everett Zoning Code and <br /> Zoning SeP. <br /> 2. The Hospitals,Clinics and Related Use policies of the <br /> comprehensive General Plan which are attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference shall hereby be <br /> adopted and the existing Generalized Land Use Plan of <br /> 1967 and the Everett Community Plan of 1972 as they <br /> relate to Hospital and Clinic policies are hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> '1 <br /> 3.
