She also thought than some <br /> consideration should be given to the property located in the flight <br /> path of Paine Field. <br /> 11 <br /> Fred Repass,Repass/Pulton Architects of 112 Central May,Xirklando 1 <br /> stated that he represents the applicant, Mr. Tom Strickland. The <br /> applicant has complied with all the requirements of the zoning that <br /> is pertinent to the subject property and has tried to work with the <br /> neighbors to mitigate as many Of the impacts as possible within <br /> reason. The drawings haVe been adjusted and revisions have been <br /> made in the height restrictions to maintain some level of view for <br /> the neighbors. Certain restrictions have been placed on the <br /> development of the property such as screening the property and <br /> controlling drainage. Bus turnouts have also been required to <br /> alleviate some of the traffic congestion. <br /> • <br /> 1=1.1e=lman pope,seconded by Councilman Langus to close the <br /> President Gipson asked if anyone else wisbed to speak and no one <br /> replied. •• <br /> Roll was called with all coUnCilmen Inting yee. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE APPEAL <br /> President Gipeon stated that Council would now consider the appeal. <br /> of the Determination of Non-Significance by William 6. and Linda L. 1 <br /> Puller. The Final DNS was issued to Tom Strickland for construction E <br /> of a 20-unit apartment complex located south of Makin.Boulevard <br /> between Upland and Sound Avenues.
