She also thought than some consideration should be given to the property located in the flight path of Paine Field. 11 Fred Repass,Repass/Pulton Architects of 112 Central May,Xirklando 1 stated that he represents the applicant, Mr. Tom Strickland. The applicant has complied with all the requirements of the zoning that is pertinent to the subject property and has tried to work with the neighbors to mitigate as many Of the impacts as possible within reason. The drawings haVe been adjusted and revisions have been made in the height restrictions to maintain some level of view for the neighbors. Certain restrictions have been placed on the development of the property such as screening the property and controlling drainage.
