The <br /> applicant has complied with all the requirements of the zoning that <br /> is pertinent to the subject property and has tried to work with the <br /> neighbors to mitigate as many Of the impacts as possible within <br /> reason. The drawings haVe been adjusted and revisions have been <br /> made in the height restrictions to maintain some level of view for <br /> the neighbors. Certain restrictions have been placed on the <br /> development of the property such as screening the property and <br /> controlling drainage.
