November 26,1986 499 <br /> The regular meeting vu <br /> g of the Everett City C s Council was called t order <br /> G 8:30 Novu <br /> ember 26, 1906 in the Council Chambers of the <br /> Everett City Rall, President Pro Gem Longus presiding. 40nroll <br /> call it was found that Mayor Moore and <br /> all c e <br /> cilmen were present <br /> except for Councilmen Morrow and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Minutes of the meeting held November 19,1986 were amended by adding <br /> paragraph on page 494 to read as follows: erickson stressed <br /> that it was n unusual for a full EIS rtto be"Mr. <br /> on a <br /> ° t <br /> of 20 units v a o his knowledge u cedented in sof <br /> Washington.
