Moved by Councilman Stephenson, seconded by Councilman Langus to conur in the reappointment of Phil Duffy as a member of the Planning Commission,term to expire December 31,1992. Roll Was called with all councilmen voting yes eAcePt Pope who was absent. Motion carried. Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Morrow to conchr in ehe reaPPOintment of Rick Ott as a member of the Planning I - Commission,term to expire December Si,1992.
