Upon roll dell it <br /> Vas found that all councilmen were presen,. mayor Moore was excused. <br /> Minutes of the meetings held December 5 and 10, 1986 were approved <br /> as printed with Councilman Pope abstaining from voting on the <br />' meeting of Dec.5th. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Pope introduced &on Collin, Chairman of the Snohomish <br /> Couety Firefighters Association Food Drive. mr. Collins said the <br /> council had donated money to the food drive last year and explained <br /> how the money had been used. He id the food roblem is still in <br /> the community and asked if the council would agapin donate funds to <br /> the food drive. <br />
