The System batteries can be replaced bY the <br /> meter reader rather than returned to the factory as required by <br /> other models. <br /> BID AWARD <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope,seconded by Councilman Langus to award the <br /> bid for computer compatible electronic meter reading devices to <br /> syscon Corporation of San Diego,Cl for$17,194. <br /> Roll was called with all councilMen VOting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
