He said the bidder's glass and clerestory <br /> was in excess of the weight needed so they had chosen a lighter <br /> glass suitable to tho State Energy Office which lowered the price. <br /> The overhead doors were deleted from the bid which reduced the bid <br /> award amount to$55,000.
