Will Construction hast claimed a bid error and desires to <br /> be released from the bid. <br /> 1 1 <br /> IPSO specifications require the low bidder to submit his bid <br /> worksheets to the City on the workday following the bid opening. <br /> I: Only excusable mathematical errors are justification for releasing a <br /> bidder from his bid. The worksheets were submitted to the City on <br /> February 25, 1987.
