Councilman Morrow, Chairmen of the Human Needs Committee, reviewed <br /> the process the committee had followed which included 13 hours or <br /> review nand determination. There were a total or 27 applicants 5' <br /> for the 1987 human needs allocation or$56,692. Councilmen Morrow • <br /> recognized the committee members as follows: Bill Wright, Moe , <br /> Michelson, Lloyd SalleMarie Sullivan, Beverley Schuman, Viola <br /> Ourslei,Ross Hoagland and Lynda Bloeser. <br /> I) . Councilman Stephenson stated he w amember o4 the Board of <br /> se <br /> OS of Ig Brothers/Big Sisters but did net Peel that It <br /> affected <br /> hls ability to participate in the decision. <br /> Mayor Moore stated that this is not the only City funds allocated to <br /> human needs In the community.
