Mrs. Taylor requested that <br /> her property be excluded from the LID. <br /> A letter of protest and concern was read from Dr. and Mrs. Warren <br /> Johnson, owners of parcel 1 in the proposed LID area, asking for <br /> guaranteed access along 19th Avenue Sr and that some consideration <br /> be given if they are required to make intersection improvements <br /> along their frontage at their own expense since those improvements <br /> are not included in the proposed LID. Gary Ball, representing the <br /> Johnson, stated they are not protesting the LID and they do not <br /> oPeoae it but are requesting gearenteed eeeeee and aPeCial <br /> consideration for the improvements oehich may be required of them <br /> when their parcel is developed. <br /> A letter of protest was read into the record from Silverlake <br /> Property Associates, owners of parcel 35, protesting the inclusion <br /> of their property in the LID. They have spent $185,747 for <br /> improvements in the development of their property. Richard <br /> Fletcher, partner, stated they support the construction of 16th <br /> Avenue and welcome It as an enhancement to further commercial <br /> development, but feel they have made a considerable contribution <br /> already and request their property be excluded from the LID. <br /> Rod Weepier,3719 108th St SE,owner of parcel 5,spoke in favor of <br /> the LID. He stated they have gone to considerable work and expense <br /> on their property ln the surveying and clearing and are still <br /> prepared to pay their falr share of the final assessment. <br /> lopdon <br /> Zg1102,4 Millmstview Avenue, owner of parcel 5, stated he <br /> ,ggilcbge=lman Lengos,seconded by Councilman Pope to close the <br /> President Gipson asked if anyone else wished to speak and no one <br /> :glw::se=erl councilmen voting yes except Councilman Stephenson <br /> Motion carried. <br />
