Mr. <br /> I, Milne 111 be giving Council an opinion on the issue of conflict of <br /> ' interest probablywithin two weeks. <br /> 1 11 Councilman M1va stated the search for leased space Is an <br /> ' administrative function which the Mayor had requested Council to <br /> undertake and the Mayor still wishes the Council to proceed on this <br /> project. <br /> Councilman Stephenson stated that two of the issues to be considered <br /> , are the request for a full service lease and the content on the life <br /> of Contract to that to costs are notescalated in the later <br /> {j years of the lease agreement.
