Councilman Overstreet asked when this would be done end Claire Olivers of the Utilities Department said the first report should be I before council the latter part of the year. Powder Hill is on the Ia fa list first and then Pigeon Creek One or North Creek. Councilman Overstreet then asked about the costs and Mr. Olivers I,H said It would be done in house and cost between five and ten thousand dollars per basin in the planning stages. Depending on what type of installation done would establish the costs at that A f time. Dan Frledenberg of 4937 Seabreeze way said the residents 1n his area had been promised astorm drain,but instead a holding pond had been installed.
