The Commercial and Industrial Land Use Policies and <br /> 8' ' Comprehensive General Plan land use map which are attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference shall hereby be <br /> VI 0 , adopted and the existing Generalized Land Use Plan of 1987, <br /> 1,: the Everett Community Plan of 1967, the Southwest Everett <br /> Comprehensive Plan of 1982, and the 19th Avenue b.E <br /> 4V , Comprehensive Plan of 1983, as they relate to the <br /> Comprehensive General Plan policies and land use map attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference are hereby <br /> repealed <br /> 1 i 3 In the event of any conflict between the Comprehensive <br /> General Plan and those documents/plans identified in <br /> 1 Paragraph 2 herein, the Comprehensive General Plan shall take <br /> : ''' ' precedence <br />' It r li <br /> 4.
