That any funding aosistance so received be used to <br /> develop pier/dock facilitiea, 3,000 feet of waterfront trail <br /> development, and beach development for public access at the <br /> fifty-eight (58) acre site Of Everett nverfmtt pork on Smith <br /> Island. 1 j <br /> 3. That$25,000 be authorised and appropriated as a sOUrce ! ,' <br /> of revenue in the 1988 City of Everett budget from the general fund <br /> as the local share of the Riverfront Park Phase II development. <br /> 4. That$75,000 be authorised and appropriated as a source <br /> of revenue in the 1980 City of Everett budget from IAC matching <br /> funds for the Riverfront Park Phase II development. <br /> 5. That the combined amount. above of $100,000 be <br /> authorised and appropriated as a source of revenue to,and as a form <br /> of expense in,the Riverfront Park Phase II Construction Fund in the ! !ft4 <br /> 1988 City of Everett budget. , <br /> G.
