That 934,200 be authorieed and appropriated as a source <br /> Of reVenue from the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation, <br /> ' ', Non-Highway and Off-Road Vehicle Activities Grant fUnd and as a <br /> SOUrCe of revenue to and a form of expense in, the Parks and <br /> ReCreation Department 857 PrograM in the 1988 City of EVerett budget. <br /> . 4.
