A verified petition for annexation <br /> has beeo received by the City bearing the names of property owners <br /> exceas of 758 of the assessed valuation in an area north of 112th <br /> Street SE between 1st Avenue W and 3rd Place SE. <br /> Artur Kos,planning Staff,stated this public bearing is to coneider <br /> the boundariea only and does not involve the comprehensive plan <br /> changes, the zoning Changes or the establishment of a sewer Lib, <br /> even though some of these items will be considered in the continuing <br /> annexation procedure. <br />
