This sewer main will be constructed <br /> from N.Marine View Drive to Broadway generally on 21st Street. <br /> CWC-EDR, Inc. is currently under contract to develop a combined <br /> sewer overglow control plan for north Everett as required by the <br /> State DePartment of Ecology. CNC-EDE has recommended the <br /> construction of pipeline parallel to the proposed Navy sewer main to <br /> convey conbined sewage to the City's treatment plant (future <br /> pipeline conetruction downstream of Broadway will be reqUired). <br /> Construction of the combined sewer overflow pipeline is aleo <br /> Intended to be concurrent with the construction of the Navy sewer • <br /> main to reduce construction costs of the CSO pipeline and to <br /> minimize construction-related dieruptiona to the neighborhood. , <br /> Councilman Morrow asked where the proposed expenditUres were coming <br /> from.
