<br /> Section 504 Program for the Disabled;and

<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Everett that:
<br /> Section 1. The Snohomish County Section 504 Program for the
<br /> dated November, 1987, is hereby approved for submittal to
<br /> 11 1'i 11,1i the Urban Mass Transportation Administration of the U.S.0.0.T. and
<br /> adopted as the City of Everett's policy to guide it in providing
<br /> transportation service for the disabled in compliance with Section
<br /> ; ",[dri,V 317(d) of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 and
<br /> 11 1'ql l' Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
