543 December 17,1987 Carol Harkin, 1320 Potlatch Beach Road, Marysville, representing the Gene Nastri School Summer Arts Program, stressed the need for park enhancement and cultural facilities in the City. She urged the passage of the ordinances. COUNC/L BILL NO.8/9-61 F/NAL READING: BUsIness maundPcaTPCOtde°3.k.'03rd Councilmember Overstreet asked if the ramp-down should be included in the B ordinance as well as the Capital Improvement Ordinance. After discussion,it was determined it was the intention of the Council that the ramp-down aspects of the B 4 0 tax should be included and will be presented in a proposed ordinance for first reading at the next Council meeting. Chairman Stephenson stated the tax rate for the B 4 0 tax should be .00125 effective April 1, 1988 according to the computer model to insure proper Tundirg for the projects. Moved by Councilmember Gipson, seconded by Councilmember Niva that this is declared to be the final reading of Council Bill No. 879-61 and to include the rate of .00123 and effective April 1, 1988 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance.
