--.41.1...1 6 January 6,1988 AGREEMENT Moved by Councilmember Gipson, seconded by CouncLlmember Overstreet to authorise the Mayor to execute a supplemental City/County agreement regarding the Riverside Traffic Signal Improvements. Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes. Motion carried AGREEMENT Dave Davis, Traffic Engineer, stated it was the recommendation of the Value Engineeving Team studying the 21st Street Bridge to have the City's consultant, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Puede A Douglas, Inc, I consider a reinforced earth st'ructure as an edditiorml alternative bridge design Mr. Davis also stated that questions arising from the Public I dicated that consideration be given to I :=g:Z1veP=?LP:1-7aceness across West Marine View Drive to the Navy Homeport. Both items are outside the original scope of work and require additional conmensation for the consultant and a suPplemental agreement iCouncilmember Overstreet stated that perhaps the City should look at t all options and also consider a pedestrian/bikers/joggers access at 14th Street.
