Division recommends the increase in the monthly sower service rate <br /> from $9.30 to $12.30. This increase is required to meet the <br /> f ' wastewater treatment plant's increased operations and maintenance <br /> 5 II costs. The',Cr..will not be uSed to cover the capital costs of <br />' the new treatment facilities. <br /> Councilmembez Stephenson asked Oat plans have been formulated in <br /> . advising the public on the reasons for this increase.
