72 <br /> February 10,1988 <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that a Notice Of Intention to <br /> Annex to the City of Everett for the area is pending before the <br /> Snohomish County Bounder"Review 0nard:and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that State law requires that <br />- a Comprehensive Plan'land use designation be established for areas <br /> annexed to the City:and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds after reviewing Planning <br /> Commission recommendations at public hearings on January 6,1988 end <br /> February 10,1988, that the General Comprehensive Plan policies and <br /> :11,4.gNal.,,c:ralreinefter set forth are in the best interest of <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The Comprehensive Plan designation of Single Family <br /> Detached 1-5 dwelling units per gross acre is hereby <br /> adopted for the property as set forth on the attached <br /> • Comprehensive Plan map which is incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> 2. All new development in the annexation area must be In <br /> compliance with the City's adopted Comprehensive <br /> General Plan policies. <br /> 3.
