Craig <br /> Thompson will provide architectural consulting with City Staff <br /> s pport from Mark Nesse, Joe Worlovski end Dennis Derickson <br /> Council representation will be Connie Hive and Bill Langus. <br /> $5. <br /> Dave Little, Chairman, reported on the reasons for forming the <br /> committee, <br /> progress to date and presented a proposed scope of work. <br /> He statedthe Committee plans to have a preliminary block layout <br /> within three to four months which will allow the planning for the <br /> library to begin. The final study is expected to continue for an <br /> : additional two months. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> l; Councilmember Overstreet requested information on the requirement of <br /> Council action on short term street closures for special events but <br /> not on long term or commercial closures.
