He said he <br /> had talked to the <br /> Utilities Dept, and had been tole they couldda nothing for them. <br /> It was suggested he come to the council for help. <br /> Claire Olivers of the Utilities Dept, said when they had Installed .� <br /> the ARVs there were eight homes close together that wanted the city <br /> to install the PRVa d instead of hooking up eight individuals <br /> connections to the line,they installed a capper bypass line which <br /> crosses Mr.Smith's property. He could connect to this line if the <br /> council thought this aunusual case. <br />
