Mayor i Moore,all councilmembers and members of the Transportation Advisoxy Committee were in attendance. It Dave Davis, Traffic Bngineer, reVieWed the 18.Pose of the Transportation Advisory Committee and the agenda items on which : consioeratron and recommendations are made. Jack malkley, President of TAC, reviewed the committee makeup and how items get to the TAC. ' The workshop recessed at 605 p.m. The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order J1 at 7:00 p.m.March 16, 1908 in the Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall,President Niva presiding. Upon 9011 0810 it was found that Mayor Moore and all counalmembers were present. Councilmember Stephenson asked for a correction to the minutes of March 9 on page 116, paragraph 6 by adding`Moved by Councilmember I'l Stephenson,seconded by Councilmember Pope to take action on the the baseball item this evening. Roll was called lath all councilmembers f 't voting yes except Councilmembers Gipson and Overstreet who voted no and Councilmember Morrow who was excused. Motion carried." Moved by Councilmember Langus, seconded by Councilmember Overstreet to approve the minutes as corrected. Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes with Councilmember Morro,/abstaining. 11
